By accessing or using right-fuelcard's platform, cards, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
right-fuelcard provides fleet fuel card issuance, EV charging management, transaction reporting, and related fleet expense tools ('Services'). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.
You must be a registered business entity or authorised fleet operator to open an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@right-fuelcard.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Cards issued by right-fuelcard remain our property at all times. Cards must only be used for legitimate, business-related fuel and EV charging purchases within authorised networks. Misuse, fraud, or attempted circumvention of spend controls will result in immediate card suspension.
All transactions processed through right-fuelcard are billed to your nominated payment method on the agreed billing cycle (weekly or monthly). You are liable for all charges incurred on cards assigned to your account, including any applicable network fees or surcharges. Late payments may incur a 2{38c90ad82011f3e05346e7054dcdac0028a9016846e107eb67ec393e1cf9b59d} monthly finance charge on outstanding balances.
Transaction disputes must be raised within 30 days of the statement date by contacting support@right-fuelcard.com. Verified errors will be credited to your account within 10 business days. right-fuelcard does not issue refunds for fuel or EV energy already dispensed at network locations.
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and data on the right-fuelcard platform are owned by or licensed to right-fuelcard Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You must not use right-fuelcard services to facilitate fraudulent transactions, resell fuel for profit, bypass spend restrictions, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our platform or infrastructure.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at right-fuelcard.com/privacy. We collect and process fleet transaction data to deliver and improve the Services in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including UK GDPR.
The Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranty of any kind, express or implied. right-fuelcard does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results obtained from its use will be accurate or reliable. Network availability is subject to third-party operators.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, right-fuelcard Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the account with 30 days' written notice. right-fuelcard may terminate immediately upon material breach of these Terms, fraud, or non-payment. Upon termination, all cards must be destroyed and any outstanding balance becomes immediately due.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
